Vaggeryd Equipment AB (“Vaggeryd”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data under this Privacy Policy. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal data in connection with our B2B operations.

We only process personal data that is necessary to conduct our business, such as:

We also share personal data with necessary service providers, such as payment and shipping partners.

6. Customer Accounts

If a customer account is used, login takes place through email-based verification in accordance with Shopify’s customer account solution (so-called passwordless accounts).
Vaggeryd Equipment does not store any passwords. All authentication is handled by Shopify.

7. Data Retention

Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfil agreements, comply with legal obligations and handle warranty and claims matters.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request information about the personal data we process, request correction or deletion, and object to certain processing, in accordance with the GDPR.
