Swarf Tilting Container EXPO®-E

The EXPO®-E Swarf Tilting Container is a compact and robust forklift attachment designed for the safe handling of metal chips, machining waste, and liquid-contaminated production scrap.

The container is equipped with a perforated sieve plate and a 1" drain valve, allowing liquids to be separated from solid materials and collected or discharged efficiently. Its welded, oil-tight and liquid-tight construction makes it ideal for demanding industrial environments.

The skip can be emptied at any height using a pull-cable operated directly from the forklift driver's seat. The forward-tipping mechanism ensures controlled discharge, while the container automatically returns to its loading position after emptying.

For enhanced safety, the skip can be secured to prevent accidental slipping or unintended tipping during operation.

The heavy-duty steel construction features reinforced edging around the entire body, providing excellent durability and resistance to deformation under frequent use and heavy loads. An optimized load centre ensures safe handling and allows the forklift to utilize its lifting capacity efficiently.

Optional accessories include a wheel kit, lid, coupling device, and tow bar for increased versatility.
