The FK-II Drum Handler is a stable and efficient solution for handling two 200-litre steel drums simultaneously with a forklift.
The dual gripping mechanism allows both drums to be lifted and securely held during transport without the need for manual securing. When the forklift moves towards the drums and begins lifting, the gripping mechanism mechanically locks around the drum rims. The gripping arms open automatically when the drums are set down, making operation quick, simple and safe.
The FK models are designed to grip all three common types of steel drums – open-head drums, closed-head drums and drums with rolling hoops.
The robust steel construction can be secured to the forklift forks to prevent slipping. Ideal for production environments, drum storage areas and recycling facilities where multiple drums are handled on a regular basis.
