The S4A Automatic Tilting Container is designed for the safe and efficient handling of metal swarf, machining waste and coolant-contaminated materials.
The container is equipped with a perforated sieve plate and a 1" drain valve, allowing liquids to be separated from solid particles and collected for controlled drainage. This makes the S4A particularly suitable for machine shops, manufacturing facilities and other industrial environments where metalworking waste is generated.
The skip features an automatic forward-tipping mechanism with three tipping positions, allowing material to be emptied into larger containers at different points. Tipping is activated automatically upon contact and provides smooth, controlled emptying.
Integrated locking mechanisms prevent the container from sliding forward and tipping accidentally. The heavy-duty steel construction with reinforced edging ensures long service life, even under demanding operating conditions.
The S4A is fully welded, oil-tight and water-tight as standard. A galvanized lid is available as an optional addition.
