Tilting Container BKC – High Capacity

The BKC High-Capacity Self-Tipping Container is designed for handling bulky and heavy materials in demanding industrial environments. Its heavy-duty steel construction, reinforced edging and rigid frame provide excellent strength and durability, making it an ideal solution where high capacity, stability and reliable operation are required.

The container is emptied forward by means of a pull cable operated directly from the forklift driver's seat. Thanks to its side pivot tipping mechanism, the container tips smoothly and remains stable throughout the emptying cycle, even when fully loaded. An integrated uprighter automatically returns the container to its loading position after discharge.

The BKC 400 (4 m³) and BKC 500 (5 m³) models feature a reinforced raised frame for additional stability when handling particularly heavy loads. An adjustable tipping brake allows the tipping speed to be controlled for safer and more controlled emptying.

For safe operation, the container can be secured to prevent slipping and accidental tipping. Optional accessories include a wheel kit, a galvanized lid and a fully welded, oil-tight version.
