S3S – Three-Way Tilting Swarf Container

The S3S Three-Way Tipping Swarf Container is designed for the safe and efficient handling of metal swarf, machining waste and coolant-contaminated materials. Its versatile design allows the container to be emptied in three directions – forward, left or right – providing maximum flexibility.

The container is equipped with a perforated sieve plate and a 1" drain valve, allowing liquids to be separated from solid particles for controlled drainage. The fully welded, oil-tight construction makes it ideal for handling swarf mixed with cutting fluids or coolants.

The tipping function is operated by a pull cable from the forklift driver's seat, allowing the container to be emptied safely at any height. After discharge, it automatically returns to its loading position.

The heavy-duty steel construction features reinforced edging for excellent durability, while an optimized load centre ensures stable handling and efficient use of the forklift's lifting capacity.

For increased safety, the container can be secured to prevent accidental slipping or unintended tipping. Optional accessories include a wheel kit and a galvanized lid.
