The LSW Side Carriage is designed to improve the safe handling and transport of long loads such as pipes, profiles, timber, steel bars and similar materials. It helps reduce load sway and minimizes the risk of tipping during transport, making long-load handling both safer and more efficient.
The carriage is used in combination with a forklift and is positioned alongside the load to provide additional stability and balance during transport. The folding fork pockets have internal dimensions of 200 × 80 mm for quick attachment.
Its heavy-duty steel construction is fitted with guide wheels and support legs to ensure stability, even when handling heavy loads. The open-frame design provides good visibility and makes loading and unloading easier.
